What do you like best about Accurate Background?

I really like that we're truly partnered with our rep, Armida Steel. I consider her an extension of my HR team because she helps me with critical updates and keeps our university informed of changes. We've also had really good experiences with Accurate Background's sponsor training, especially around immigration status and I-9 completion — the best training I've ever attended on that matter. The automation in the software integrates really well with our applicant tracking system, making it seamless as we request background checks, which helps with timeliness. What do you dislike about Accurate Background?

The thing that is a challenge doesn't have to do with Accurate. It has to do with the court systems, so I know that Accurate doesn't control the court systems and the delays that we find in background checks. Sometimes there are delays, and it's based on county courthouses that are closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?

I rely on Accurate Background for criminal checks, employment, and education verifications essential for hiring. It integrates seamlessly with our applicant tracking system, enhances timeliness, and acts as a database for impactful updates. Their training and expert support strengthen our HR operations.
