What do you like best about Accurants?

I really value Accurants’ immutable transaction log function for our Munich PE workflows. It provides a full change history for all external-consultant invoices, which was crucial during a CSRD audit. I appreciate how Accurants lets us tag each consultant record with ESG-relevant metadata, making it easier to prepare CSRD disclosures. This functionality substantially reduces the manual sorting work. Base account setup for Accurants was straightforward, which was helpful in getting started. What do you dislike about Accurants?

Accurants lacks native DSGVO-aligned data-retention timers, so I have to manually track deletion timelines for contractor data. Its export tool is clunky; pulling large invoice datasets generates messy spreadsheets. There are no pre-built German PE compliance report templates, so I have to create every submission file from scratch. Additionally, there's no native two-way sync, forcing me to re-key some ESG tagging data manually. Configuring folder structures and metadata fields was also effort-intensive, as official guidance didn't cover German GDPR and CSRD settings well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Accurants:

To improve Accurants, consider integrating DSGVO-compliant data-retention timers and enhancing the export tool for cleaner data extraction. Pre-built templates for German PE compliance reports would save time and effort.
