"Centralizes Invoices Efficiently, Needs Better Compliance Features"

What do you like best about Accurants?

I like Accurants for its straightforward invoice-reconciliation interface, especially for our cross-border trade operations. Our team can rapidly sort vendor bills and match them against shipment cost entries. When processing import invoices from African suppliers, I can locate relevant billing records in just a few clicks. It's a great tool for centralizing supplier invoices and cross-border cost records, which helps us replace scattered local spreadsheets and speeds up basic invoice reconciliation for overseas vendor shipments. I also appreciate how Accurants gives us a centralized shared space, making it easier for teammates to share vendor invoice records for cross-border shipments. What do you dislike about Accurants?

I find that Accurants lacks dedicated fields and report templates for Germany’s AWG foreign-trade regulations. We have to manually log mandatory trade-control metadata, which is time-consuming, as we must add license references and supplier compliance records to satisfy these requirements. The absence of built-in audit trails means extra manual work during audits by German trade authorities. Additionally, we don't have seamless integrations with other tools; we manually export and cross-check data using external software like our logistics ERP and Excel. Importing historical invoice data involved minor formatting glitches, and we still had to maintain offline sheets to complete trade documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
