What do you like best about AccuLynx?

AccuLynx is very easy to use and user-friendly. It helps us keep our jobs organized, track project progress, manage customer information, documents, photos, and communication all in one place. I also like how easy it is to see what stage each job is in and what needs to be done next. It makes our day-to-day workflow much more efficient, especially when managing multiple projects at once. Their customer service is also great—they’re responsive, helpful, and make it easy to get support whenever we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AccuLynx?

One downside is that when you run into a specific issue, it can sometimes be difficult to find a solution online. There aren’t always enough tutorials or troubleshooting videos available on YouTube or other platforms. While their customer support is very helpful, having more detailed online resources, step-by-step guides, and video tutorials would make it easier to resolve smaller issues on our own. What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can also order roof measurements through EagleView and connect AccuLynx with other apps we use. It helps our team stay organized, track each job from start to finish, and quickly see what needs to be done next.
