What do you like best about AccuLynx?

What we like best about AccuLynx is how it helps keep our business organized and running smoothly. It allows us to manage the different aspects of our day-to-day operations efficiently and keep everything in one place.

Their technical support team is also fantastic. Whenever we have a question or run into an issue, they are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. The training and learning resources are excellent as well, making it easy for our team to learn the system and continue getting the most out of it.

What do you dislike about AccuLynx?

One area we feel could be improved is the cost associated with additional features and add-ons. While AccuLynx offers a great range of tools, the additional costs can add up quickly when trying to take advantage of more of the platform’s features.

What problems is AccuLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

AccuLynx helps us streamline our day-to-day operations and keep our entire team organized. We’re able to assign tasks to employees, track projects, and keep important information all in one centralized location.

Having everything from material orders and pricing to roof reports, customer information, documents, and job photos within one system saves us a significant amount of time and makes it much easier for our office and field teams to stay on the same page.
