Every interaction with a customer (transactions, activities, emails, phone calls, etc.) is recorded and managed within the software. The software is priced right for what it does, and support fees are reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Wish it did statements (showing payments and balances due) by combining data from various invoices and sales orders.
2. Would like a cloud service (SaaS model).
3. Would like to be able to copy individual lines of a quote or sales order, without copying the whole quote or order.
4. Would like global search function that can find anything across all customers or products, including things put in notes or other text fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
