I like that Accruent EMS is fast and thorough, and that I can personalize our rooms with their technology, size, layouts, and photos. It lets me run basic reports, too, though I’d like more help with them. The system is very user friendly. The training was very thorough, and when I reach out to verify things, they’ve always been friendly and very fast to answer. I would definitely recommend it.
