Has saved a lot of processing time and I really like the bulk email options for statements etc, this is much better than the previous software we used which locked up your accounts screen for other tasks. I think the only frustration I've found is that the AP inbox doesn't seem to remember some invoices even though they're entered on a monthly basis, I know this is probably more to do with the layout of invoices and the OCR reader capabilities but it's frustrating that quite a lot of invoices need adjustment and don't end up saving much time.
