I love AccountsIQ's native, automated multi-entity consolidation feature. It's not just a 'nice-to-have' add-on, but the core design of the platform, and it eliminates the single biggest pain point of running a global business by handling every step of consolidation automatically with a single click. I also appreciate AccountsIQ’s flexible, multi-dimensional global general ledger structure. It allows for both global financial standardization and regional customization, which is a huge improvement over the rigid and overcomplicated systems in other tools. I don't like that AccountsIQ has limited bulk AR actions. We can't bulk update payment terms, send reminder emails, or write off small bad debts for multiple customers/entities at once. Every action requires editing individual invoices/accounts, which adds over 5 hours of weekly admin work for our US E-commerce entity with hundreds of small AR accounts.
