What do you like best about Accord LMS?

The ability to upload a group of associates at once while updating or maintaining information of existing associates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accord LMS?

This is the third LMS I've used in my career. It is the least intuitive of them all. The vast majority of the training is via video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:

Look at multiple systems first. Find one that is user friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm not totally sure that we realized any benefits yet. We are in the process of logging all Safety training through the Accord LMS. Ultimately, we need to capture ALL training types and areas inside an LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your review. I've asked our team to reach out to you and see if they can assist. Accord's many features can be a lot to take in. We'll see if we can help get you up to speed on the features that are most important to you.

We're currently working on several initiatives to simplify the admin experience. If you have any specific suggestions for improvement, please submit them to your solutions engineer. We take all client suggestions into account when releasing new versions of the LMS.
