What do you like best about Accord LMS?

The ability upload a group of associates at once while updating or maintaining information of existing associates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accord LMS?

This is the third LMS I've used in my career. It is the least intuitive of them all. The vast majority of the training is via video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Accord LMS:

Look at multiple systems first. Find one that is user friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accord LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm not totally sure that we realised any benefits yet. We are in the process of logging all Safety training through the Accord LMS. Ultimately, we need to capture ALL training types and areas inside an LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're currently working on several initiatives to simplify the admin experience. If you have any specific suggestions for improvement, please submit them to your solutions engineer. We take all client suggestions into account when releasing new versions of the LMS.
