What do you like best about accessplanit training management software?

It helps us keep track of all our training courses along with the delegates booked on them. It allows us to create reports which help us as a business analyse this data to improve. The Customer service team is always so quick to respond and will ensure they can resolve your query as soon as possible and will follow this up after the initial contact. What do you dislike about accessplanit training management software?

It can at times be slow, especially when creating large reports which are pulling out large amounts of data. One other thing is also the 'data sources needed for the report writer, this can be difficult to understand, and an area I often find I need additional assistance with, so I would like to be able to have a bit more independence with this. What problems is accessplanit training management software solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are always open to new suggestions on how the software can be updated which they then follow up with and update as to when they are implemented, which we have benefitted from already Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
