What do you like best about Accession?

I love that there is an app for your cell phone so you can log in and essentially answer your office phone from anywhere you have wifi or cell service. This is a really nice tool. I also love the chat feature. I use it at my desk to communicate to my in office co-workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accession?
