## accessiBe Reviews
  ### 1. Effortlessly Enhances Accessibility with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I like that accessiBe is an easy-to-use software and it's very easy to install on our clients' websites. It provides a level of protection legally and makes the website accessible to people with various disabilities. I also appreciate the ease of installation.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Nothing really, it does exactly what we need it to do.

**Recommendations to others considering accessiBe:**

If you are trying to make your website ADA compliant, this is by far the easiest way. Their admin dashboard is intuitive and easy to use so managing your account is not a chore. Installing the software into the website itself could not be easier. Anyone with a basic level of web competency can easily install this into their site in about 2 minutes. All of the optimizations and accessibility improvements are done automatically all with the addition of 1 line of code into the site. Could not be happier with that.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to easily install accessibility features on clients' websites, ensuring legal protection and making sites accessible for people with disabilities.

**Official Response from Misha van Braningen:**

> Michael, thank you for your feedback and for making your site accessible to people with disabilities!

  ### 2. Easy Integration with Strong Accessibility and Accurate AI Translations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurpreet S. | Tech Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

Easy to integrate, and it offers a lot of accessibility features. Support for many languages is available. I can easily specify which sections need to be translated and which ones should not. The AI translations from English to other languages are apt and correct, and the ability to override translations is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

It sometimes auto-triggers, and at times it causes issues with the HTML structure that affect the design. It also occasionally interferes with website functionality when it’s enabled.

I’m currently facing an issue where users accidentally enable accessibility by pressing Tab, and then typing @ in input fields (to mention someone) doesn’t work. It starts working again as soon as we turn it off.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s giving us accessibility support out of the box, so we don’t have to spend time building these things from scratch. It’s great that with accessibe, our site is accessible for everyone.

  ### 3. accessiBe Makes Accessibility Easy with Fast Setup and AI Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan H. | Director of SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

What I like about accessiBe is how easy it is to implement. The installation is quick and it starts improving accessibility with minimal effort. The AI-driven automation helps bring websites closer to ADA compliance without requiring a deep technical knowledge or constant manual updates. I can also really appreciate the customizable accessibility interface to help enhance the ux for visitors with different needs while maintaining the site’s design.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

The widget can feel a bit intrusive from a UX standpoint, and pricing may be steep for smaller businesses compared to alternative solutions (since I work in agency, I deal with this a lot).

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps me and my team manage ADA compliance better than the alternate time-consuming, technical, and expensive to handle manually approach.

  ### 4. Easy-to-Install, Reliable Accessibility Widget That Boosts Client Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

accessiBe allows me to provide an easy / compact solution for my clients (I'm a website designer / developer) and the customization widget is very easy to use / install. I like the new resources (certification letter for website) and it allows my customers to feel more confident in their compliance. Whenever I am onboarding customers to use accessiBe, I like how easy it is to reference it as the industry standard -- for example, if they don't know what accessiBe is or how it works (most dont), I will direct them to the Alex and Ani website so they can play around with the widget in real time. (used to be the Zara site but I don't see it there anymore?)

I like that the integration process (code script) is easy enough to have customers be able to manage on their own, but also is something customers feel better about having their designer/developer manage.

The widget is very consistent, doesnt ever appear to experience bugs, and doesn't need too much management once its up.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

As an accessibe partner, I find Registering leads to be somewhat confusing / changes frequently. There is not enough education around the difference between a Child Account, managing the clients License for them, or using a referral link. I have had a few situatons where the Client first has me as the website designer, own the license, and then later needs access to their own dashboard (so essentially migrating a License to a Child Account) and this process is really clunky / unclear.

I also find it challenging and a bit overdue to have transparency for Partner Referrals, meaning the comission I receive as an AccessiBe partner, when I refer other agency owners to also be AccessiBe partners (to then utilize for their own clients). I have had to hunt these payouts down a bit or check in frequently with different contacts at AccessiBe for updates. Ideally this should live on our partner dashboards and the information on these payouts should be as readily available as our Child Account payouts, etc.

Seperately, I have just started using the Shopify app which is really great and I much prefer it for my shopify clients! But this also becomes a bit confusing on the funnel of logging the credit for bringing these clients on. Often as we are building sites, there is not time to coordinate with AccessiBe representatives for how this should be logged.

Lastly, the pricing (while I understand is more than worth it as a Web Designer/Developer) is a huge painpoint for clients, particularly small businesses, who are unfortunately often just as at risk for consequences of not being in compliance. Almost half of my small business clients opt out of moving forward all together because of the price point of even the micro plan. It would be great to have a small business option for low view count etc. that offers them at least some protection.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps me cover a big piece of the puzzle as a website designer that is making sure my clients have a clear path toward accessibility compliance. While compliance does ultimately sit with the business owner, having this in place adds a layer of protection and builds trust. It also allows me to guide clients through something most aren’t even aware of, helping them avoid potential risks before they become an issue. It also is a great education piece of why accessibility is so important and necessary online.

Having the accessiBe in place has offered more confidence and sense of peace for my clients in sharing their websites publicly, specifically clients with high visibility, and feeling sure that they are providing an inclusive online experience for users.

  ### 5. Best onboarding and customer service experience from a 3rd party company.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent J. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

While the product is amazing, the customer service and onboarding experience is by far the best experience I have ever had with a 3rd party provider. My rep Deryck is amazing and implementing the Accessibe system is so simple. My clients have been super impressed - and I owe that to the Accessibe system.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

UPDATE: There have been a lot of advancements with further competition emerging in the accessibility market. As such, Accessibe's policies have changed to reflect this. They use to grant a 14 day refund policy but due to competition coming out with free platforms, they took that away. What that means is that if you decide you don't need it, even within minutes of purchasing it, you are out of luck. On top of that, you can't cancel auto-renew on your own. You actually have to email the team to have them remove it.

A vendor we use for other features implemented an accessibility plugin that came with our already paid services. Due to what is outlined above, I didn't have time when I went to cancel my auto renew and figured I would wait until closer to my renewal date. Of course I forgot, and was then charged. I reached out that day to explain the situation and request a refund, but due to terms and services they will not comply.

ORIGINAL: The only downside that I have experience thus far is that I have to email my sales rep if the domain for a client changes. Such a minor detail that at the end of the day is trivial, but I would like to see this feature implemented eventually.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibe is solving my ADA Compliance needs with my customers and their websites.

**Official Response from Patience Saporito:**

> Hi Trent! Thank you for sharing that with us. For any immediate changes to your account or your clients please feel free to reach our support team in chat or at hello@accessibe.com. We're happy to help :)

  ### 6. User-Friendly, Actionable Reporting That Strengthens Accessibility Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

As a small nonprofit team managing multiple digital properties, we appreciated how user-friendly and actionable the reporting was. Accessible helped us improve the experience for all visitors while ensuring our websites aligned with accessibility best practices and compliance standards.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Enhanced visualizations showing progress over time would make it easier to demonstrate accessibility improvements to stakeholders.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe helps us identify and address website accessibility barriers that could prevent students, families, donors, alumni, and community members from fully engaging with our websites. As a small nonprofit team, we don’t have dedicated accessibility specialists on staff, so having a tool that continuously monitors our sites and highlights areas for improvement has been incredibly valuable.

  ### 7. Effortless Accessibility Enhancement with Simple UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh M. | Senior Director - AI Search, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like that accessiBe's UI is super simple and doesn't interfere with my existing websites. It's really easy to implement without issues post-installation, and the simplicity of the UI helps a lot. Even if you can't see, you can navigate using tab buttons, which makes the whole platform accessible. Also, I find it great that you can see visual changes live, and there's no need to install heavy plugins. It's easily installable using GTM and doesn't require much infrastructure, making it very convenient for me to implement more accessibility to websites.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the lot of offerings they have. They have so many options. This could be reduced. We can identify what caters to the 90% of the entire audience and keep the rest in the lower tier.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessiBe makes the web accessible for everyone, ensuring those who are visually impaired or have disabilities can properly access websites.

  ### 8. Made Accessibility Improvements Fast—Even for a Large Codebase

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh G. | Martech Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

Accessible helps make websites usable for people with disabilities. When we decided to improve accessibility, our large codebase meant it would require significant development effort. However, by using their app, we were able to implement these improvements within just a few weeks.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

Earlier, they didn’t have integration with WordPress, but within a few weeks they rolled out changes that made their app compatible with WordPress.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply, they help reduce development effort and also make the entire website accessible end to end for all specialised people.

  ### 9. Not clear regarding expectation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I use accessiBe for our client's compliance with ADA, ensuring the website is compliant and minimizing involvement in legal suits. I value the flexibility it offers in changing settings to match the layout of the website. It's great that it provides all the necessary tools for compliance. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

I think it would be nice to have an automatic audit at the end of the setup.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to ensure our client's websites are ADA compliant, preventing them from being involved in lawsuits.

  ### 10. Effortless ADA Compliance with accessiBe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly Aliese K. | Sr Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about accessiBe?**

I really like that accessiBe requires little to no work. You just install the widget onto the site, and it comes with the ability to customize it with branded colors and a few other items. It's very simple to use, and there's nothing to it. It seamlessly integrates with the existing website, making it look like it's one with the site. The initial setup was very simple, taking only about five minutes to install and set up. We use Google Tag Manager to install.

**What do you dislike about accessiBe?**

There is nothing we don't like about it.

**What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use accessiBe to ensure our clients' websites are ADA compliant without constantly worrying about updates and changes.
