I like the ATS pipeline, the support team has been very helpful and responsive with all my queries. Very frequent updates to the system to improve consultant process and user interface. Inability to customize reports. Some updates are not that useful or apply only to certain tabs such as contacts and companies where applicancts is the one that has the most volume. Not very strict with security policy as by syncing our email, all emails corresponding with cdd can be seen by everyone as long as they click into the profile.
