What do you like best about Accent Technologies?

We have been so pleased to have them as our vendor partner and recommend them to other companies every chance we get. The are very solution-oriented and are able to collaborate with us to identify and execute on solutions for our end users for a second-to-none customer experience. What problems is Accent Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, the customer experience is night and day compared to our old content management platform. At a minimum, we have solved pain points that we expereienced on our old platform with the Accent solution but we've also been afforded new application opportunities through the Accent platform such as a robust Salesforce integration, emailing and tracking capabilities, social media like collaborarion tools and a Communication module that allows for easy and efficient campaign management for internal and external audiences.
