What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

The most helpful thing about Absorb LMS is having our dedicated CSM to hand for any queries I may have. The upside to Absorb LMS, for me, is that I find it pretty user friendly, this is the first LMS I have used from an Admin side and I find it easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

When I first started in my role our CSM was in a different timezone to me which made things tricky. Absorb were great at changing us over to a CSM in the same time zone as me when I requested it. I would like to see the use of Dynamic Fields in the Message user function - this would be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to reach all of our members of staff globally with Essential training. This would otherwise be tricky without a L&D person in every region. It enables us to report and monitor on Compliance training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
