There are components that have greatly improved from prior LMS-like systems we have used previously. Absorb is easy for users to navigate and is intuitive to the user. The Create function in combination with buying the Amplify content has given us the opportunity to train, develop, and engage multiple roles in our organization. We have an HCM integration with ADP and the automatic and quick flow of information regarding status and job titles has taken care of a lot of what was previously manual work. The reporting functions are also better than previous system, and everyone from admins to managers like having that information. I also love the addition of the AI tool in Create. It does allow a quicker turnaround on some trainings I have made for our users. I have also receieved feedback that the AI voiceover feature really enhances our trainings that are heavily information slides. We also have Client Success Manager, Stephanie Berry, who has assisted us since going live with Absorb and has done an excellent job. She is very timely in being responsive and available and will either provide an answer or direct us to the correct place to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Absorb LMS? There are some limitations to reporting specific to our organization. What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Absorb allows us to reach multiple roles within the organization. This is the first time we have had one LMS that is consistent throughout the whole organization, so it allows field operations, manager development needs, and certain compliance trainings to be housed in the same place and allows consistent application and familiarity, inspiring more frequent use.
