What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

This is my first time working with an LMS to create content and the experience from the very start has been great. The help and support I've received from Day 1 have been wonderful and the software is easy to use and navigate and has many many different options. I greatly appreciate that someone is dedicated to our account and checks in periodically, and quickly responds to any questions that arise. I have bi-weekly check-ins and synch ups with Jordan and he has been beyond helpful and patient, guiding me along the way of successfully introducing online content and courses to our company and customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

I do not have an outside content builder and use Absorb Create within my LMS. I feel there are some minor disconnects between the two and wish some things would be incorporated from one into the other. However, this has been a minor issue.

In regards to filtering, within Create, there are not many options, so as courses are being built, there is not an option (as far as I know) to filter these. It would be great to have "Folders" for these courses, such as "archives", "currently not available to learners", "Revisions needed" etc. to help keep track Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a great Help Center for our customers and internal Users, and having Absorb available has helped learners tremendously. Additionally, Absorb is being used and incorporated to switch training new employees from instructor-led only to online classes and curriculums with the addition of live sessions.
