What do you like best about Absorb LMS?

Absorb is truly one of the most intuitive, easy to learn LMS platforms that I have used. The user experience design makes sense, navigating the learner dashboard is simple yet effective and creating courses has never been easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?

I will say a lot of my initial gripes have been addressed over the three years we have been using Absorb. I did feel that the layout of their courses was pretty limited but they have addressed that with their block page feature and branching to create some more engaging content.

I also felt like there was a drop off in customer support from the initial sales/onboarding team to who ended up being our account team. It felt like, 'welp, we made the sale, so we don't care as much.' However, we had a team switch up about a year ago and have been very happy. So not sure if it's luck of the draw, but in my case, we are happy with the support we are receiving now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Learning & Development team is very lean. For years it was just me. Now we have grown to two people. So, add-ons like Amplify, their course library, have been a great solution to when we need to get a training to someone quickly, but we don't have the bandwidth to create a custom course from scratch.

Reporting has also been a huge help. Being able to pull completion reports or time spent on a course within a couple of minutes allows me to get stakeholders data at essentially the same time they are thinking about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
