I really like how intuitive and easy to navigate Absorb LMS is. It helps us track employees' interest in upskilling and identify other requirements. The platform makes content creation and uploading straightforward, allowing me to assign it to specific groups or locations, which is very convenient. As a system admin, I appreciate how the step-by-step setup guides make content accessible quickly, reducing the need for manual configuration and minimizing technical issues. The reporting feature is also well-done, particularly when I know exactly what to click. Overall, my experience with Absorb LMS has been mostly positive, but I do find the reporting side a bit challenging. While the reporting tools are generally well done, navigating them can be tricky when I need to build more complex reports. I often end up reaching out to our Client Success Manager for guidance, although he’s always quick to respond and helpful. It would be great to have something like a “decision tree” or guided path that helps me choose the right options on my own.
