What I like best is how seamlessly it nests inside Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Instead of forcing employees to log into a completely separate, heavy HR software portal just to request time off, they can do it directly within the tool they already use daily. The automatic Entra ID user syncing, real-time Outlook calendar updates, and the calendar overview that lets you see exactly who is out across different departments at a single glance are massive time-savers. While the interface is incredibly clean for daily use, the reporting engine could be slightly more robust for deep HR auditing. Additionally, the admin settings can feel a bit restrictive when dealing with mid-month pro-rata calculations or setting up strict carry-over expiry rules.
