What do you like best about AbsentEase?

AbsentEase is able to be customized to your company's needs. We just gave Anthony our current way of tracking attendance and how we communicate with our employees and made it 10 times better! The ability to set up notifications to supervisors when someone calls in is a game changer!! Also the way you can customize the attendance tracking based off your company's attendance policy. I also got demos from multiple other companies and the price point was very affordable for this service. AI has been great with this product as long as you educate your employees to make sure to be descriptive enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AbsentEase?

The only thing that could be better is the PTO tracking but we need to tweak a few things, I just haven't had the chance to figure out where our numbers are off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AbsentEase solving and how is that benefiting you?

AbsentEase solves multiple problems for us such as mass communication, the ability to communicate to just certain crews, the text and email notifications of call ins, it integrates with our time tracking system for time off notifications, it keeps track of employees stats with regards to our attendance policy.
