I like that AbsenceSoft streamlines our process, allowing our client contacts to enter leave requests themselves. They're able to access the portal to submit and track leaves. I really appreciate the templated communication which is easily editable, and the customizable workflows, even though they're a bit confusing at first due to their complexity. The staff at AbsenceSoft, especially the implementations group, were amazing—very helpful, available for meetings and emails, always with great suggestions. Our project manager kept us on track, and our account manager is always eager to help with our questions. I value the reporting features the most; the built-in insights reports are really nice and allow reporting on almost anything within a leave case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting in the self-service portal could be improved. Since we're using it for employers to have access, we've had issues with the reporting there.
