What do you like best about ABOTTS?

What I appreciate most about Abotts is their fast turnaround and flexibility when our priorities shift. Their team has a strong grasp of Copilot development with Power Automate, which has helped us speed up our AI adoption and reduce manual effort. They adjust smoothly to new requirements and deliver solutions without unnecessary delays. Having a single partner support both our AI initiatives and the Shutterfly Digital infrastructure also keeps coordination straightforward. What do you dislike about ABOTTS?

There isn’t much to complain about, as Abotts provides solid coverage across time zones. The only real challenge we’ve run into is the onboarding time for new resources. Although Abotts was able to identify and provide the resources we requested, there was a delay before they could join because they needed to complete their notice period with their previous employers. If you’re looking for a partner that can support both AI initiatives and infrastructure management, Abotts is worth considering. Their expertise in Copilot development with Power Automate can help speed up AI adoption and cut down on manual effort. I’d recommend being very clear about your requirements and priorities from the start, since they’re flexible and quick to adjust once they fully understand what you need. If you anticipate needing additional resources, it also helps to plan ahead and allow time for onboarding. What problems is ABOTTS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Over the past two years, Abotts has helped us ramp up our AI adoption by supporting Copilot development with Power Automate. Their work has made it possible to automate repetitive workflows and meaningfully reduce manual effort. They have a strong command of Copilot development and consistently deliver practical, well-built solutions that hold up in day-to-day use.

From an Infrastructure DevOps perspective, we also depend on Abotts to help manage the Shutterfly Digital infrastructure, which has kept our systems stable and highly available. They also provide managed services for other teams across the organization, including Power BI, IT infrastructure, and Azure cloud, although I’m not directly involved in that work.

Overall, the impact has been improved productivity and more time for our team to focus on higher-value work. Abotts has supported Shutterfly’s infrastructure for more than eight years, and that long-standing relationship reflects the trust and consistency they’ve delivered over time.
