Able to translate all my client pdf's into Microsoft Excel for analysis. I also translate all my bills from vendors using Able2Extract Professional. "Flawless Conversion Tool, A CPA's Best Ally - other than my brain"

What do you like best about Able2Extract Professional?

I find Able2Extract Professional absolutely precious for me as it essentially automates tasks that I've struggled with using other conversion products. The product exports to Excel flawlessly, with numbers converting smoothly from clear images and the resulting Excel sheet being perfect. I have no issues with the conversion of nomenclature and numbers, which it handles accurately, discriminating between report headings, column headings, words, and numbers quite well. This software has saved me a lot of time, roughly three days of input, by recreating a general ledger from a PDF. I am particularly pleased that there is no monthly fee and the one-time license is a huge upside for me. I don't usually endorse products, but Able2Extract Professional exceeded my expectations. Also, the installation process was intuitive when I added the product code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Able2Extract Professional?

I think you should offer to accept Venmo or PayPal or some other trustworthy medium that will protect the customer's specific identity, and even charge the fees to use those methods, or take a check. That is a problem for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Able2Extract Professional?

I love that I can customize my what information i need or want to convert based on the file I need. Most conversion programs just have 1 format and often there's more fluff to weed out than when you started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't care for the positioning of the preview screen at the bottom of the document being extracted from. I would love to see an option to have the original document and the preview side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Able2Extract Professional?

Converts PDF financials/QuickBooks PDFs very well. I previously used Adobe to convert and Able2Extract is significantly more accurate. I convert all these files directly to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Able2Extract Professional?

It takes a while to convert multiple files and have them all one the same Excel. It also needs better functionality to remove passwords and watermarks from PDFs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Able2Extract Professional?

Easy to convert into word, excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and AutoCAD and one of the best options is that I can hide sensitive information using the Redaction tool. Able2Extract’s

OCR is fast and accurate, even with low-quality scans. I tried many PDF converter tools to convert .dwg into pdf, but as I experienced, able2extract is one of the best tools.

The accounting software we use does not always provide a process for extracting data to Excel and that is wher Able2Extract Professional comes in. Any report can be printed to PDF and then extracted to PDF with Able2Extract Professional. Over the years they have provided increasing ability to customize what you extract as well.
