What makes me recommend this product is the customer service. We took over a facilities that had the system in place and I had an onboarding Rep who was available to me at all hours of the day and walked me through every step of system. They sent out a tech free of charge to train me. The account rep assigned to me now is always available to assist with anything we need. They have a 24 technical support which is phenomenal. Never have to wait on hold and has extremely helpful friendly staff. I have not worked with a system with better customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
