What do you like best about ABC Ignite?

What makes me recommend this product is the customer service. We took over a facilities that had the system in place and I had an onboarding Rep who was available to me at all hours of the day and walked me through every step of system. They sent out a tech free of charge to train me. The account rep assigned to me now is always available to assist with anything we need. They have a 24 technical support which is phenomenal. Never have to wait on hold and has extremely helpful friendly staff. I have not worked with a system with better customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?

Some things in the system seem more complicated than they should be. Feel I have to call support to figure out new things that are not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?

Everything. This is the most unstable software I’ve ever used. Depending on the report you run, you get completely different numbers for the same thing you’re looking for. I have no choice but to use this for my business, but it’s a nightmare. Every single month, there’s something new breaking, and tech support is absolutely useless. They can’t even fix the simplest issues we’ve asked for, and we have to manually enter and correct things constantly because they can't get it right. In one word: Terrible. My favorite feature is that MICO allows our members to update their accounts and billing right on their phone! Keeps the billing simple and effective for our member. Great for customer service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
