What do you like best about AbbaDox?

We currently operate five MRI facilities and abbadox serves as our centralized system for managing and coordinating daily operations across all locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AbbaDox?

As our company continues to grow, we are working with an increasing number of insurance payers, law firms, and contracted organizations. With each payer having different requirements, agreements, and procedures, it is becoming more challenging to ensure that all staff members across our facilities are following the correct processes.

We would love to see a feature within Abbadox that allows us to add internal notes directly to a payer’s profile. Ideally, these notes would be visible to staff at all five facilities whenever that payer is selected or accessed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AbbaDox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently have two locations outside of Lubbock, so Abbadox helps us manage those facilities — and since we can log in from anywhere, it's been a huge help.
