I love the scheduling wizard in AbbaDox. It provides easy step-by-step instructions and lets us find the first available appointment quickly, which is crucial for getting patients on our books faster. The wizard is so user-friendly that our schedulers can manage to book patients at a faster rate, which is essential for our daily target of 350 exams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one part that was very confusing was the rules for the rooms. You have to set it up backwards; like if it says open room, it really means the hours that the room will be closed. If room 1 needs to open between the hours of 8-4, then that is what I should put in, but I have to put 4-6. I think a little more training would have helped. We did have a time with someone on a team's meeting, but it was very much a walk through without time for us to do it step by step on our end. Our go live had to be postponed, but the AbbaDox people still came. So when we did go live, we had lots of problems and no one on site to help us, so I might not be the best person to ask about the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
