What do you like best about AavGo?

This entire program makes hotel experience simpler and faster. It's easy to get our client checked in. Tasks for employees are streamlined, offering peace of mind with the panic button option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AavGo?

There is only one tone to use for all communications. Different tones would be nice for alerts such as housekeeping status, guest needs, and maintenance. No one can touch the emergency alert on the device for staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving problems like inefficiency and time consumption in hotel check-in & check-out processes. It provides a smart reception, allowing guests to self-serve through a mobile app or kiosks. It essentially reduces the need for a physical receptionist, making the guest experience faster and more contactless, saving time at the front desk and providing a more convenient check-in process.
