What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

The most helpful thing about 8x8 is having one link for everyone to access the meeting and then being able to use the link more than once. It makes it so much easier for anyone to join. I also like there is no time limit to the calls. It's nice not to have to be limited or feel rushed. Also, if I want to stick around after the meeting and talk to a few individuals, we can simply stay on. The other thing I really like is that we don't have to wait for the main meeting person in order to start the meeting. We can jump on a little earlier if need be or if that main person happens to be late, then we can still start without them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

What problems is 8x8 Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to provide additional virtual offerings, which have allowed me to connect with more clients and provide better services. I've also been able to connect to the team more consistently since SIP started. Not only with work-related issues but also we can create a good team-building experience with virtual hang-outs.
