"Best Option for Calling USA Clients from India with a US Number"

What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

The best thing I like about 8*8 is that it helps us connect with our USA clients using a USA number. Since we are a registered firm, they helped us get an unlimited calling facility within the USA. They also have plans for other countries, but for the USA, I think it’s the best option. We use it from India to connect with our business clients in the USA; before this, we had constant headaches trying to get a USA phone number and a reliable calling facility. What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

It takes a lot of time loading first thing in the morning. Moreover, as we are not professionals to handle the call management system, it takes time to educate ourselves to learn all its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8x8 Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all, the pricing is straightforward: we can get a fixed monthly price for unlimited calls to the USA. Second, I don’t need to buy a physical USA SIM card to call from India, which makes things much easier.
