What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

I'm familiar with 8x8 from previous jobs & already liked all of the features, especially around ring groups & analytics! I wanted a new phone system for my current job, so I recommended 8x8 to my boss & compared it to other phone system softwares & showed him that 8x8 is best for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

It'd be nice to be able to send & receive texts somehow from the main hunt group number that we use as caller ID, but I understand how that might not be feasible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8x8 Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving the problem of my boss wanting me to use my own personal number/cellphone to contact patients & clinicians! Now we have oversight, analytics, and I don't have patients & prospective new patients calling my personal cell at all times of day/night! You've helped me to regain some privacy!
