What do you like best about 8am MyCase?

I like MyCase because it is intuitive and keeps me organize. MyCase is consistent in responding to the needs of practitioners, as it is always updating its features in response to our every changing needs. The cost of MyCase is reasonable based on the size of my practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am MyCase?

Currently, MyCase doesn't allow for merger of duplicate profiles for leads, so I wish that would change. Also, MyCase's app could be more intuitive and similar to the desktop version. However, I am confident that it will because MyCase has always been responsive to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8am MyCase solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyCase allows me to have a cloud based back up for client files, and permits me to have more mobility in using multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
