It’s easy, and reasonably quick, to get my payment deposited into my bank account. The client experience also seems straightforward and easy to use. I don't use integrations, so I can't reasonably review that. Performance is flawless; I've never had a problem. Pricing is my issue with LawPay; other services charge the processing fee to the client rather than to me and that is a Very Useful Thing. I never had to contact Support so, again, I cannot review that. I never used AI with LawPay; frankly, though, I am very, very leery of giving AI information that may be of a privileged nature. Giving AI client account numbers? Yeah, no; that's not going to easily happen with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest issue I have with LawPay is the pricing. Yes, you are competitively priced, but your fees do eat into my take-home pay. I LOVE the way other pay platforms handle that issue: they charge the nominal fee over and above the client's payment to me directly to the client! No adding that 3.6% to my stated fee! The payment does not look to the client (or the IRS) like it's coming to me; it's clear that the "Technology Fee" goes directly to that processor! Win-win-win all the way around!
