I like that 8am CasePeer is designed specifically for personal injury work, so it knows what I'm doing, which makes it simple, understandable, and easy to track progress without overwhelming me with multiple options. I prefer it over other platforms I've used in the past. The Medical Treatment tab is crucial for my work, keeping all treatment centralized and organized with important information like dates, numbers, line holders, charges, and balances, giving me a full perspective on where the case stands. Also, the integration with AI or chatbots that our firm uses works perfectly, and the transition from MyCase was smooth for most of our cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The document section in 8am CasePeer could be much better. The search bar doesn't work well, and I'd like it to be case-wide rather than limited to folders. It would be great to find things regardless of the folder I'm in. Adding tags could be really helpful here. Also, the drag and drop functionality could be smoother since it currently requires a few more clicks than necessary. The settlement tab often crashes, and it doesn't allow you to save changes all at once, which makes it challenging to use due to its design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
