What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?

I love how intuitive the program is. As the primary trainer at our firm, I find it very easy to teach new staff members how to use the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?

I wish that there were more integrations with certain apps, especially free apps. I wish that we could take tasks assigned on CasePeer and easily integrate with Trello so that a Trello board is made from the assigned tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

CasePeer enables my team (from in-office staff to our remote staff) to communicate effectively and stay on the same page regarding cases. I have noticed some recent updates such as AI tools, which I am excited about, and I look forward to seeing new AI tools in the future that will hopefully cut down on manual data entry and redundant tasks.
