"Exceptional Features, Secondary Latency Issues"
4/5
What do you like best about 800.com?

I love that 800.com records the conversation, allowing us to go back and reference it if we need to contact the customer again or remember something we might have forgotten. I also love the text feature. The initial setup was very easy.

Working in the construction business , I’ve been thoroughly impressed by how effectively they utilize 800.com to drive client engagement. They’ve integrated text-enabled toll-free numbers into their outreach, allowing for prompt, professional two-way SMS communication alongside standard voice calls. Their use of real-time analytics to track lead attribution shows a sharp, data-driven approach to business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I’ve seen firsthand how effectively they manage client operations using 800.com. Their multi-line setup and call-routing structure make reaching the right person seamless. The only area that could use improvement is the occasional latency or delay during phone calls, which can cause a brief lag in live conversation. If 800.com optimizes its call connection speeds, the communication setup would be completely flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
