We’ve been very happy with 800.com and use it regularly to manage our toll-free business calling. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the mobile app is especially convenient for managing calls and staying connected when I’m away from my desk. Call forwarding has worked smoothly and reliably for us, and features like custom greetings, voicemail, call recording, texting, and call analytics make it easy to manage our business communications from one place.
Performance has been excellent so far. Calls route properly and we haven’t experienced any significant reliability or technical issues. I also like that 800.com offers integrations with CRM platforms as well as Zapier and Make, along with API and webhook access. That gives us plenty of flexibility to connect our phone service with other parts of our workflow as our needs grow.
The pricing and ROI are probably among the biggest advantages for us. Having unlimited calling available on our plan at a reasonable monthly cost makes budgeting much easier, particularly for a business that relies on a toll-free number. Compared with paying separately for a number, calling, texting, analytics, and other business-phone features, there is a lot of functionality included for the price.
Support and onboarding have also been straightforward. The platform was easy to get set up, and the help documentation is written clearly enough that I can usually find what I need without having to contact support.
I also like the direction 800.com is taking with AI and automation. Features such as voicemail and call transcription are useful for quickly reviewing communications, while 800 Intelligence can provide AI-generated call summaries, scoring, and recommended follow-up actions. There are also AI Agent capabilities available for things like answering common questions, lead qualification, appointment booking, and after-hours coverage. Even though we don't need every AI feature in our everyday workflow yet, having those capabilities available gives us room to automate more as our needs grow.
Overall, 800.com gives us a good combination of an easy-to-use UI, reliable performance, useful integrations, strong business calling features, AI capabilities, straightforward support, and excellent value for the price. We’ve been very satisfied with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn’t much we dislike about 800.com, as the service has worked very well for us. The one feature I would like to see is the ability to connect 800.com directly to standard VoIP/SIP desk phones. We use the mobile and desktop options, but having native support for physical VoIP phones would give us more flexibility in an office environment and make 800.com an even more complete replacement for a traditional business phone system. We're delighted to hear that 800.com has been beneficial for your small business, providing you with a branded toll-free number and call recording features to enhance your professional image and customer experience.
