I use 7shifts for scheduling, time clocking, and timesheets, and I appreciate its chat feature for work-related communication among employees. It makes scheduling easy and, since it’s linked to the POS, it can forecast sales, allowing me to better manage labor costs by providing me with a labor percentage based on the day's schedule.
