What do you like best about 7 Layer Solutions?

They were both able and willing to grow and adapt to our business needs. We started with them over eight years ago, when we had fewer than 50 employees in a single office. What do you dislike about 7 Layer Solutions?

They are very support-first oriented, which we appreciate. That said, I think they could be more proactive during our quarterly reviews by suggesting new technologies or strategies that align with our growth and the changes happening within our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 7 Layer Solutions:

During the startup period, it took both sides longer than I expected to establish a solid cadence for status reviews. In hindsight, I would set the schedule upfront and commit to having the right stakeholders attend each session to ensure we stay aligned and can implement new ideas in a timely manner. What problems is 7 Layer Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

7 Layer Solutions manages our entire IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, including the setup and termination of our employees’ laptop and tech-stack environments. Our firm is primarily remote-based, with hundreds of employees across the US. They’ve done a fantastic job developing a state-of-the-art technology environment for us, so we benefit from solid uptime and avoid business disruptions or security incidents.
