What do you like best about 5stelle\*?

5stelle makes it really easy to manage reservations at the hotel and the check-ins and billings are also quite simple to handle. Plus you can use it for feedback too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 5stelle\*?

Sometimes the reservations don't appear in the system, and you need to spend some time searching for them. The support is good but not the best, and there should be documentation to assist us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
