It is a user-friendly platform, the account management team are brilliant and are always on hand to support right the way through from the point of building your platform, configuring and implementing. There are a huge number of features available that the 5App team continually improve and update as well as adding brand new features frequently based on their customer needs and individual experiences. On top of that, the platform is able to integrate with a wide rage of other systems within our organisations ecosystem to provide the best user experience. For someone like me that didn't have an extensive background in L&D but managed the implementation process of this tool within our company, the process was seamless and stress free from start to finish Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about 5app? One thing that is not currently offered by 5App that I would find very useful is the automatic generation of certificates including the names of the staff member to download. There is the option to award a certificate for a completed training course but it is only a generic certificate created by yourself, it does not have the functionality to autogenerate the name of person who completed the course. Having said that, there are no aspects of 5App that I dislike, only areas with opportunity to improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is 5app solving and how is that benefiting you? 5App is due to release a content editor tool, which will allow administrators to manually update course completion dates for staff on their platform. This is particularly useful for our organisation as we have recently transferred our mandatory training from a different platform, over to 5App. With this content editor tool, I will be able to set completion dates for staff within 5App that previously completed the training through our other system which will in turn prompt them to complete the renewal at the time of that course expiring.
