What do you like best about 401GO?

I’ve really appreciated the recent updates to their mobile app and dashboard. The interface feels much cleaner now, and the new retirement planning tools and savings projection wizards make it much easier for employees to manage their contributions and see their long-term growth clearly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 401GO?

While the platform is highly automated, the initial setup and report navigation can still feel slightly complicated if you've never managed a 401(k) before. It would be highly beneficial to have more structured, step-by-step guidance or interactive walkthroughs for absolute beginners to make navigating deep reports and custom plan changes more intuitive. 401GO significantly simplifies the management of employee retirement plans by removing much of the typical complexity.
