"An excellent, easy-to-use way to increase accessibility compliance"

5/5

Describe the project or task 3Play Media helped with:

We use 3Play to provide captioning and audio description for videos for Penn State College of Medicine. This includes both videos for current students, faculty, staff and trainees, as well as those designed to recruit prospective individuals in all those categories. What do you like best about 3Play Media?

It's quick and easy to use - very little work on our end! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3Play Media?

We don't have any complaints at all! It would be nice to have a slightly easier way to customize player embeds, but that's not a blocker for us at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 3Play Media:

It is very worth the money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3Play Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

We produce a growing amount of video, but before using 3Play, the most that could be said was that some videos had auto-generated closed captioning. There was no audio description and no quality control on any closed captioning. Now, we have a simple setup in which all videos have captioning published back to YouTube, and every embed includes a link to view the accessible version with full transcript and audio description.
