I appreciate that you can download transcriptions in various formats and that you are not charged extra for adding specific instructions **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** The pricing is higher than I thought it would be, and if you're transcribing a lot of material -- or longer form videos on a shorter timeframe, the prices can really add up. Additionally, only the account owner can see invoices, which makes it slightly difficult for other team members to track spending. **Recommendations to others considering 3Play Media:** 3Play Media is a reliable service. The ease of use of the website is a great help and the ability to get the output in a variety of formats has come in handy more than once. **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** There have been a few missed deadlines and if a language other than English is requested for a dual language video, the English is disregarded. Typically, I can have my work captioned in a week or less, and I appreciate that they provide an expedited option for those times when we're working against tight deadlines. **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** I find it inconvenient when videos are archived after a certain period. For instance, we previously added closed captions in English to a series of videos. A few years later, when we had the resources to add Spanish subtitles to the same videos, the process of unarchiving and making these changes proved to be challenging.
