3cx is a mature, feature rich VOIP PBX platform. It can grow with your business as needs change over time, so you can start with a low-cost / smaller feature set if your needs are modest; and as time passes if your needs grow it is trivial to change license / annual subscription fee to accommodate the needs change over time. (ie, more concurrent calls, more enterprise or call centre style features etc). The 'base version' is modest price and exceptionally feature rich as a 'starting point'. It can integrate easily with many different SIP trunk providers for call termination / and it works with a diverse range of handset hardware if you want physical phone handsets. It has a fantastic 'soft phone app' you can install on smartphones if your users do not want physical 'office phone handsets'. And also a very functional web-app version to run on your Laptop/PC with a headset etc. Overall - highly recommended - great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is hard to dislike anything - the product is feature rich, and it works well. It is competitively priced for non-free PBX solutions. It has a reasonable price curve that allows modest entry cost / allows growth over time if your needs evolve. In the past they had a different kind of free-license which was 'insane good value' (ie, it cost $0 as a loss leader to get people to start using the product and this was changed recently so the 'free version' is not available quite the same way as before. however, that being said, they still have a free loss-leader version of the product, which is fantastic value for a SMB that wants to get started on a VoipPBX platform with a zero cost point of entry. So really cannot complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
