What do you like best about 3CX?

In my opinion, 3CX is a robust, software-based IP PBX with a unified communications platform design that allows us to replace a traditional hardware phone system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

What I’ve found is that, unlike plug-and-play cloud solutions like Zoom that can be easily managed by a regular office manager like me, 3cx requires a solid understanding of networking, including firewalls and server administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

3CX helps me in several ways. First, it cuts phone bills through VoIP and flexible SIP trunks. It also eliminates per-user license costs, while giving employees a single work number they can use everywhere. In general, it brings all customer channels into one inbox and funnels them into a single, unified interface. It also helps automate call routing and queues, and it automates admin work through CRM integration. The best part is that it keeps collaboration under one roof.
