## 360Learning Reviews
 ### 1. Brilliant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liana G. | Husman Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I mainly use it for onboarding programs. It’s quite easy to upload PPTs, convert them into modules, and assign them to new joiners. I also like the learning paths and quiz features, since they help keep everything structured and organized. We rely on the reporting tools to track completion, which is especially helpful during audits. The Slack integration is also useful for sending reminders, so I don’t have to follow up manually as often.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Creating courses is straightforward but managing users and permissions takes a bit of time to fully understand. The content builders suggestions also aren’t always accurate, so i make sure to review everything carefully before publishing. Overall, the performance is brilliant.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360 learning has replaced our manual onboarding tracking. Everything is now centralized in one place with new hires can complete their training without HR needing to be constantly involved. It saves us time improved collaboration across teams and helps ensuthe learning content stays aligned with our business needs.

 ### 2. A Smarter, Faster Approach to Organizational Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola S. | Learning Professional, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What stands out most about 360Learning is how it moves away from traditional, top-down training and toward a more collaborative, practical approach. Rather than relying only on L&D teams, it enables internal experts to create and share knowledge, which helps keep content relevant and rooted in real experience. It also supports continuous feedback by letting learners engage through comments and questions, making learning feel more like a conversation than a one-way course. On top of that, the analytics offer useful insights into engagement and performance, helping teams quickly spot gaps and refine content. Overall, it feels especially effective for organizations that want to build a strong learning culture, not just deliver training.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While 360Learning offers strong collaborative features, one drawback is that content quality can vary widely because it depends heavily on internal contributors. Without clear standards, courses can end up feeling inconsistent or uneven. The platform can also take time to fully adopt, especially for teams that aren’t used to creating their own learning materials, which can slow early momentum. Additionally, some users find the reporting and customization options somewhat limiting compared with more advanced LMS platforms, particularly when trying to generate highly tailored insights. Overall, it works best when strong governance and support are in place; without that structure, the experience can feel a bit fragmented.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solves the challenge of slow, centralized training by enabling a collaborative learning model where subject matter experts across the business can create and update content directly. This helps reduce bottlenecks, keeps training more current, and ensures learning is closer to real on-the-job needs.

For learning professionals, this means less time spent building and maintaining courses and more time focused on strategy and improving learning outcomes. It also allows you to scale training more efficiently by leveraging internal expertise instead of relying solely on the L&D team.

In addition, the platform’s feedback and analytics features give you clearer visibility into how learners are engaging with content. This makes it easier to refine programs, demonstrate impact, and continuously improve the learning experience.

 ### 3. Personalized support and scalable platform for engaging journeys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Chargée de Formation et animation digitale, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

A valuable, personalized, and effective support, especially with Valentin, who is always available and attentive to our animation projects on the platform.

Concrete advice and exchanges of good practices that help us evolve our systems and approach with the participants.

A platform that is easy to use for both learners and designers. A "paths & modules" logic that is very suitable for internal acculturation and also for the animations we set up: it facilitates the structuring of courses and the long-term engagement of participants.

A platform that evolves regularly, with a real highlight of new features, especially for activities with multiple choices.

An Academy that is very useful for building skills, both on the tool and on pedagogical fundamentals.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Access to certain external tools is sometimes restrictive: particularly for certain classes or forums of the 360Learning Academy, accessible only from a personal computer.

Technical restrictions on my professional environment that limit access to certain resources or platforms used.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very concrete support on our internal implementation challenges for the UO DEV group, particularly to structure our ongoing animation in three phases (January, March, September).

Real support on technical issues: session management, end dates, differentiated notifications between already completed modules and new modules. Valentin made himself available, we had a Teams meeting and he showed me a solution to solve this issue. He was attentive and pedagogical, taking the time to work with me, which is very reassuring.

He also assisted me with the tags and organization of the UO DEV group, which helped me better understand the platform's logic.

 ### 4. Collaborative, AI-Powered Course Creation That Boosts Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya R. | Web designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The best thing about 360Learning is its collaborative learning model that turns every employee into a course creator. Instead of relying solely on top-down training, it allows team members to quickly build, share, and update courses using AI-powered authoring tools. This leads to highly engaging, peer-driven content and significantly higher completion rates compared to traditional LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The most common downsides of 360Learning based on user feedback include:

· Limited reporting & analytics: The built-in reporting is often too basic for enterprise needs, requiring manual workarounds or third-party tools for deeper insights.
· Slow or inconsistent support: Some users report delayed responses from customer support, especially during onboarding or troubleshooting.
· Clunky course building for complex content: While great for simple peer-led courses, creating highly interactive or branched scenarios can feel rigid or time-consuming.
· Mobile app limitations: Although improving, the mobile experience still lacks some desktop features, frustrating on-the-go learners.
· Notification overload: Learners and admins sometimes receive too many automated emails or alerts, leading to fatigue.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems 360Learning solves:

· Siloed expertise – knowledge stays trapped with individual teams instead of being shared company-wide
· Slow content updates – traditional courses become outdated because only L&D teams can edit them
· Low learner engagement – top-down training feels irrelevant, leading to poor completion rates
· Bottlenecked course creation – L&D teams cannot scale to meet every department's unique needs

How this benefits you:

· Faster knowledge sharing – any employee can create a course on their expertise, spreading solutions in days not months
· Always-relevant content – subject matter experts update materials in real time, keeping training accurate
· Higher completion and retention – peer-led, collaborative formats feel relevant so people actually finish courses
· Scalable L&D – your team moves from sole content creator to facilitator, freeing them for strategic work

 ### 5. Empowers Collaborative Learning, Needs Interface Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh B. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like 360Learning for its collaborative learning approach, which allows team members to create and share content, making learning more practical, engaging, and relevant. The platform helps manage and deliver training within the company by creating courses, onboarding new employees, and upskilling the team in one place. The peer content creation feature really stands out as it enables anyone in the team to create and share courses or insights, with the added benefit of others being able to comment or give feedback directly on lessons. This makes learning feel more interactive and real instead of just passively watching training modules. 360Learning also effectively integrates with tools like Slack and Zoom, fitting well into our workflow. The collaborative approach has been a big change for us, allowing faster creation or updating of courses as anyone in the team can contribute.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Honestly, with 360Learning, a few things could be better—the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when managing multiple courses, and navigation isn’t always super intuitive for new users; also, reporting and analytics could be more detailed, and some customization options for courses are a bit limited compared to other platforms. The main issue is when you’re managing multiple courses—the dashboard starts to feel cluttered and it’s not always clear where everything is, especially for new users; finding specific courses or switching between them can take more clicks than expected. Also, when editing a course, some options are buried inside menus, so it’s not very obvious where to go to make quick changes. I think it would be better if they simplified the layout, added clearer navigation, and maybe improved search or filtering so you can find things faster.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to manage training in one place, solving the problem of scattered materials and enabling course creation, onboarding, and team upskilling efficiently with team collaboration.

 ### 6. Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaouthar O. | Conseillère en formation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

 ### 7. Collaborative, Engaging Learning with Easy Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gopi R. | Self employed, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like most about 360Learning is how collaborative it feels compared to more typical learning platforms. Rather than simply watching content, you can genuinely interact through comments and discussions, which makes the learning experience more engaging. I also found the course creation process pretty straightforward, so teams can share knowledge internally quickly without needing a lot of technical setup. Overall, it feels more practical for real workplace learning, instead of just passive courses.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

One thing I didn’t like about 360Learning is that it can take a little time to get comfortable with the interface, especially if you’re new to this kind of platform. Some features aren’t immediately obvious, so there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. Also, the navigation between courses and discussions can sometimes feel less smooth than I’d expect. It’s not a major issue overall, but it’s an area that could be improved.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps solve the problem of scattered, passive learning across teams. In many cases, training content is either difficult to find or people simply don’t engage with it in an active way. With this platform, learning feels more centralized and interactive, especially thanks to features like discussions and collaborative course creation. For me, it made topics easier to understand because I could see input from others instead of relying only on static content. It also saved time, since everything was organized in one place rather than having to switch between multiple tools.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Gopi, I’m thrilled 360Learning is helping you solve the problem of scattered, passive learning across teams. That’s what we’re here for! Noted also for the navigation and learning curve - we’re always looking for ways to improve, so thanks for sharing.

 ### 8. 360Learning Makes Interactive, Collaborative Training Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanja W. | Health and Safety Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like most about 360Learning is how easy it makes it to create and deliver interactive training. The platform is incredibly user‑friendly—both for content creators and learners—which means training can be designed, updated, and rolled out quickly without needing technical expertise. Its collaborative features also make learning feel engaging and social, rather than passive.
Upsides of Using 360Learning
1. Easy and intuitive course creation
You can build courses fast with templates, drag‑and‑drop tools, and integrated quizzes—no specialist skills required.
2. Strong collaborative learning
Learners can comment, ask questions, participate in discussion threads, and complete peer-based activities, which boosts engagement and knowledge retention.
3. Great for continuous learning
Subject matter experts within the organisation can create and share content easily, supporting a culture of ongoing skills development.
4. Analytics that drive improvement
360Learning offers clear tracking on learner progress, engagement, and completion rates, helping you fine‑tune training programs.
5. Mobile-friendly
Employees can learn anytime, anywhere, making it ideal for busy teams or those in operational roles.
6. Seamless integrations
It works well with HR systems, content libraries, and other digital tools, creating a smooth training workflow.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While 360Learning has many strengths, one downside is that some of its features can feel limited or restrictive without additional configuration. Certain admin and reporting functions require extra setup to get the level of detail you need, and navigating some advanced settings isn’t always intuitive. The platform’s reliance on collaboration—while a strength—can also mean content quality varies unless teams are properly trained and aligned.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps solve the challenge of keeping Health & Safety training consistent, up to date, and fully traceable across the organisation. It allows me to deliver mandatory safety inductions, refresher courses, and compliance modules quickly and efficiently, ensuring everyone receives the same standard of information.
The platform’s automated tracking and reporting remove the manual effort of following up on training completion, making compliance audits much smoother. Its collaborative features also make it easier to gather feedback, involve subject matter experts, and keep training relevant to real workplace risks. Overall, 360Learning supports a safer work environment by improving training quality, engagement, and accountability.

 ### 9. Engaging LMS with Easy Course Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love how engaging the platform is and how easy it is to assign courses to our staff. It makes courses more engaging and fun. The platform has drastically cut down the amount of manual work by 50%. It's easy to get data on course completion and notify staff if they have courses to complete. I also love how you can create customized reporting with paths and share it with other employees. Our organization loves how easy it is to provide feedback and comments, allowing employees to engage with one another. The initial setup was super easy for us, and Johnathan and Z helped us out with our API integration, ensuring we were good to go well after we went live!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish that you could share reports with employees who are learners. I have an employee that I can't quite assign as a coach or contributor, so I have to send screenshots to him. Some employees don't quite fit any other role, so it would be nice to have the ability to share it with any person regardless of role like a secretary or admin.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning makes courses engaging and cuts manual work by 50%. It's easy to assign courses and access completion data. We switched to it for its engaging platform, ease of course creation, reduction in workload, and simplified reporting.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Madison, I’m so glad to hear 360Learning is coming through for you as an engaging, easy-to-use LMS that helps you cut down manual work by 50% - this is exactly how we want to empower L&D teams! When it comes to reporting, there may be a workaround for sharing reports with learners automatically, so you don’t need to send screen shots. Feel free (if you haven’t already) to run it by your CSM, we’d love to find a solution to help you cut down on even more manual work.

 ### 10. Revolutionized Our Learning Culture and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhys C. | Learning Technology Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love 360Learning's collaborative learning focus, which makes it extremely easy to involve subject matter experts with our central L&D team. This ensures that learning content is accurate to how we work while also following adult learning best practices. The AI features they've rolled out on their platform make the early stages of content creation much simpler, letting us concentrate on adding value in the key details and organization-specific practices. The new AI-powered question type has received rave reviews for allowing learners to type out their thoughts in any format and get feedback instantly. The 360Learning team was supportive during our setup process, holding our hand when needed.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

My main feedback for improvement for 360Learning would be to continue down the path they're on - more options for UX changes on their homepage and groups, more course authorship tools native to the platform, and further tweaks of the AI functions - for example, being able to practice difficult conversations with an AI 'person' at any time would be a game-changer for leadership development!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning centralizes our learning, enhances the sharing of best practice, upskills teams, streamlines onboarding, and empowers stakeholders in our learning culture.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thank you Rhys for the kinds words. Driving business impact through collaborative learning and purposeful AI is what 360Learning is all about, so we’re thrilled to see you’re getting the most out of the platform (and 360Learning team!). Even better, all of the improvements you suggest - UX changes, more course authorship tools native to the platform, and AI-driven situational training, are coming soon to the 360Learning platform. We can’t wait to share the updates with you - stay tuned!

 ### 11. My First LMS Implementation * 3 years in

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli J. | Senior HRIS Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Support has gradually been improving as our time with the platform increases. The last few CSM's we have had including our current, have been very responsive to my questions and happy to help however they can. We have learned how to integrate the system better into the daily lives of our users and have adapted processes. The contract renewal process has also been easier than several others in our tech stack which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I still wish there was a way to mark users complete on a training. Several other LMS platforms have this feature and I think it would be very helpful for 360Learning to develop as well. If the feature were only limited to platform admins, that could help a lot with any compliance concerns. Also some sort of audit trail feature showing changes made across each module of the platform, including permissions and backend features, would be helpful.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us create a culture of learning in our company. This aligns with our company values and also helps us attract and retain talent.

 ### 12. Comprehensive Training Platform with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning provides a single platform for all the training our company requires, allowing us to record and customize the content to suit our needs. It's helpful to have an adaptable learning path that we can track and follow. The analytics and reporting features are great for demonstrating compliance, especially since we undergo frequent audits. I also appreciate the progress tracking, which lets us know who is completing their training and helps us tailor further development. Additionally, the existence of wellness and well-being training videos is a nice touch. The initial setup was very easy, simple, and intuitive, which made getting started a breeze.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Reporting could be per country, per location, per department if possible so we can diagram or maybe exist, but I don't have that feature. That's one thing.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning for company learning, onboarding, and compliance training. It provides a central platform where all required trainings are tracked. The reporting and analytics help in audits, and ensure employees complete necessary trainings, like leadership skills for new managers.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Andre, so glad to hear you find 360Learning intuitive and that we’re helping you centralize operations, create custom content, and keep tabs on compliance! I’d also love for you to be able to build the reporting dashboards you’re after, too. Feel free to reach out to your CSM to see how we can make this happen - we’re here to help!

 ### 13. Easy Course Creation and Learning Paths That Streamline Team Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam M. | Business Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I mostly use it for team onboarding. Creating courses is simple now, and I can upload videos, documents, and small quizzes without much effort. The learning path feature also helps me assign step-by-step training, so I don’t have to explain the same things again and again. Comments inside courses are useful too, since people can ask their doubts right there.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

360 Learning reporting feels pretty basic. I can see course completion, but there isn’t much detail beyond that. Also, bulk user updates take longer than expected, and we often use features like skill tracking, course templates, and feedback tools, so the extra time really adds up.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us standardize training across locations and support more 360-degree learning. Before, every team trained differently. Now everyone follows the same modules, which has reduced confusion and mistakes in day-to-day work.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Shivam, it’s great to see you’re getting tangible results from using 360Learning for your onboarding programs: minimizing employee errors and standardizing important training. Your CSM may have some ideas for getting more from our reporting function, as well as how to speed up bulk imports - we know your time is valuable! Let us know how you get on.

 ### 14. Intuitive Platform with Strong Recording Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JACOB N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning easy to use, which makes it simple to track what I've completed, what's available, and what's required. The recording capabilities are also good, allowing me to add recordings of my team's calls to the platform for all users to see and listen to. It has enabled me to learn about sales management, something I don't really get the chance to do in my day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some of the AI stuff added and how it's laid out could perhaps be better. When we used it before, the AI just read the text; it should provide a summarization and a full overview instead of just reading out the points below, which are different.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning enables me to learn about sales management, which I don't encounter in my day-to-day role. The platform is simple, making it easy to track progress and needs. I can add team call recordings for everyone to access.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Jacob, I’m glad you’re finding 360Learning easy to use and that it’s enabling you to upskill on sales management. Thank you also for the feedback on our AI features. We’re actually about to launch some new AI developments in April, including a much more robust AI companion. Would love to hear your feedback!

 ### 15. Seamless Onboarding with Easy Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like how easy it is to convert documentation and slides into a course with 360Learning. It's really helpful to share these courses across a large company. It's so straightforward to put together different documents and presentations into a training course accessible to new team members without needing everyone to meet live. It saves a lot of time, and the setup was seamless for my team—just adding us to the platform was simple once we received it through company emails. So far, converting things to 360Learning has been pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish 360Learning could easily connect to Slack or something else that makes it easy to see coursework that I haven't completed. I'm pretty bad about checking my email, and I would appreciate reminders for annual training.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps keep us aligned on training and team building by sharing courses easily. It turns documentation and presentations into courses accessible to new members without needing live coordination.

**Official Response from James Meincke:**

> Thanks for the kind words regarding our course creation and sharing features! When it comes to reminders, we actually do have a Slack integration that can likely help with what you're looking for. We'd recommend you reach out to your CSP about the specifics, otherwise you can find more info below (with the link).

 ### 16. Intuitive platform and exceptional customer support for continuous training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathilde C. | Digital Communication & Training Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning allows us to provide our employees with numerous training courses on various and diverse topics, accessible whenever they wish, so they can train in their free time and progress on subjects related to their positions or even on more personal topics (emotion management, etc.).
The tool is easy to use for learners; they can find the courses assigned to them in a few seconds and are guided during the first use.
The integration and implementation of the platform is simple; everything can be done completely autonomously.

Regarding customer support, we are fortunate to have Claire as our CSP, who is available whenever we have a question or an issue and who regularly checks in on our projects. She is also our best advisor on the platform, especially in terms of animation, functionality, or data analysis. Thank you, Claire!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Although efforts have been made recently, I find it unfortunate that we still cannot further customize the platform, especially the groups. For example, we have two different brands present on the platform, but it is impossible for us to have two colors on the platform.

Also, it is unfortunate not to have an alert feature when a module no longer works because some learners find themselves stuck in their courses and do not think to contact us.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps us solve the training problem within the DIES Group, with a shared database among all the group's identities where everyone can find the content they are looking for freely, for free, and whenever they want.

 ### 17. Empowers Global Training with Ease and Interactivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie B. | Learning and Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning is easy to use; we don't need to train our end users on how to use the platform. It's easy for content creators to design content, even from a PDF or PowerPoint. The authoring experience is very intuitive, allowing us to enrich static content with interactive elements like quizzes or knowledge checks directly within the course flow. Another key strength is how accessible the tool is for contributors, enabling everyone to participate in content creation without needing instructional design or technical expertise. The combination of ease of use, rapid content creation, and built-in interactivity makes 360Learning a very efficient solution for scaling internal knowledge and accelerating learning deployment across teams.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There are a lot of updates, which can be difficult to follow and update everyone. It would be helpful to better structure how updates are shared, grouping by themes and distinguishing between major changes and minor enhancements. A more targeted communication would also help, as not all users need the same level of information.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can train all employees worldwide using the globalization feature to easily translate content and quizzes. 360Learning allows content creators to quickly transform PDFs and PowerPoints into interactive online courses, making it highly efficient for scaling knowledge and accelerating learning across teams.

 ### 18. Effective Transformation of Our Online Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean Luc C. | Group Head of Technical Training & KM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really appreciate the 360Learning platform for its ease of use, both for module creators and learners. Creating and managing training modules is quite intuitive after minimal training. The platform is technically very stable, and its design allows for smooth use. For our company, transferring our existing material to 360Learning was very smooth, without any time loss. Moreover, the majority of our learners started using the system without needing tutorials, which indicates that the interface is truly user-friendly. We were well supported by the 360Learning team during the initial setup. I would unhesitatingly give a 10/10 to recommend this platform.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The only small criticism we have made is the proportion of the different parts that make up the screen, for example, the training screen is too small compared to the comments column, which we consider less important than the training content, and it is not yet possible to adjust the width of this column.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows for the replacement of in-person training for engineers abroad, reduces language barriers with training in English, and facilitates the tracking of learners' progress.

 ### 19. Seamless Onboarding and Effortless Integration with 360learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | Online Programmes Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Our onboarding experience with 360learning was remarkably smooth. The team worked closely with us to transfer all our existing training materials and ensure they operated seamlessly on the new platform. With strong integrations in place, we have been able to automate our daily administrative tasks, which has brought considerable value and allowed the platform to integrate effortlessly with our Salesforce CRM. Our volunteers enjoy using 360learning, finding it both accessible and effective for everyone involved. The platform is consistently evolving, with frequent updates and new features that improve our user experience without creating additional work for us.

We have been well supported throughout by 360learning, whether it be their efficient technical advisors or our dedicated customer success managers - who have helped us evolve our L&D to the next level.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

At this point, I don't have any issues to mention. As I noted earlier, the platform is constantly evolving and introducing new features. It's important to keep up with product updates so you don't miss out on anything useful!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an education charity that collaborates with a diverse group of volunteers, our goal is to enhance our users' skills across a broad range of subjects. 360learning has made it straightforward to organize our extensive content library, and its design features allow us to maintain consistent branding and alignment with our other systems. As a medium-sized team, efficiency is crucial, and the integrations have enabled us to save significant time compared to our previous LMS. Additionally, the optional learning and support groups offered by 360learning have helped me expand my knowledge of L&D and improve the courses I oversee.

 ### 20. Transforms Scattered Learning into a Streamlined Powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra Q.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like 360Learning for its collaborative authoring, which turns the LMS into a living, self-sustaining knowledge hub, making time constraints more efficient. The micro-learning access on demand provides a 'Goldilocks' amount of education in bite-sized bits. I also appreciate the rapid content creation that helps eliminate the release-gate, and the overall agility it offers. Additionally, the initial setup was very straightforward, and we switched to it for faster course creation and shorter review cycles.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I think adding a per-element comment and lightweight approval workflow could help with collaborative authoring. I think a 'preview mode' and notification controls would also help users. The only reason it is not a perfect 10 is a few small issues like usability gaps (lack of a preview mode).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning turns scattered expertise and compliance headaches into a streamlined collaborative training engine. It enhances efficiency with collaborative authoring and micro-learning on demand. The rapid content creation eliminates delays and transforms our LMS into a dynamic knowledge hub.

 ### 21. An excellent solution for scalable and collaborative corporate learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haris K. | Unemployment, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I find most appealing about 360Learning is how easy to use and intuitive the platform is. It makes it simple to create, manage, and track training in one place for both administrators and learners. The collaborative learning features also help keep training materials current and relevant by encouraging subject matter experts to contribute content. On top of that, the reporting and analytics provide clear insights into learner engagement and progress.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some of the more advanced configuration options aren’t very easy to understand without investing extra time and getting additional support to learn them. Report and workflow customization could also be more flexible, and at times the system can be a bit slow to access, especially when you’re working with a large number of users and courses.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By consolidating all corporate training into a single system, 360Learning helps ensure consistency in internal knowledge sharing, compliance, and onboarding. It reduces the need for manual administration, improves visibility into training completion, and makes it easier to scale learning effectively as the company grows. Overall, this supports continuous team learning, boosts employee readiness, and saves time.

 ### 23. Fast, User-Friendly Platform for Customer Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I use 360Learning for customer training and appreciate that it solves the problem of slow, boring training. One of the things I personally like the most is its speed. It allows me to create a course within hours, not months. The UI is also clean and modern, making it interesting for me and my team to use daily. Moreover, the initial setup is very simple and easy; everyone can do it easily.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It has limited advanced reporting, and the management tools lack complex branching. It should add native connectors.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solves the problem of slow, boring training by allowing anyone to quickly turn docs, slides, or videos into courses within hours.

 ### 24. Intuitive LMS with Helpful Prompts—AI Content Builder Shows Promise but Needs Refining

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360 learning to be a really intuitive platform to work with. Compared to other LMS systems, it feels straightforward and simple to use, and I can very often find the answer just by playing around in the system. For example, I was recently building some learning and hadn't really had any instruction on it aside from knowing where the create button was. Despite that, I was able to build it with very little support. There were plenty of prompts along the way to help. I've also really enjoyed trialling the AI function to build learning content, this does need refining but provides a good template to build on, particularly when you have slides already.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While I like the premise of the AI tool, it still needs some refining. Right now, the AI is helpful for providing a template to work from; however, I often find that when I upload slides to convert into learning content, the information isn’t accurate and requires a lot of fact-checking to make sure it’s correct for learners.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360 learning has created an LMS that’s much less challenging to work with than the ones I’ve used before. Because it’s more straightforward, I can now collaborate with SMEs on site and add them as co-authors, so they can help me build learning content. In the past, I wouldn’t have been able to do this, because the other systems were so convoluted and difficult to navigate.

 ### 25. AI-Powered, Centralized Learning Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie M. | Learning and Development Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really like that 360Learning is bringing out new features and they're using AI. For example, the new AI companion is something I love because it helps people find what they need when they need it. With the AI companion, people don't need to know a particular course to search for; they can just type in a question about their needs and the companion helps them find different courses that can help them. This feature is really useful as it helps people become more autonomous, and it means they can find what they need when they need it. I'm really happy with this feature.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I didn't like the search function as it was. I find it hard to curate and manage things. But from a user perspective this isn't really an issue now with the Ai companion.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to centralize our learning, streamlining report generation for compliance and guiding onboarding. The AI companion enhances autonomy by helping users find needed courses easily.

 ### 26. Ease of Creation and Quick Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom B. | Ingénieur chef de produit, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the ease of content creation on 360Learning and all the statistical possibilities related to the results. This allows us to see how well the content of new products is assimilated, how quickly, and the disparity in levels among salespeople. The initial setup process was quite easy, thanks to Carole and all the teams who guided us well, in addition to the engagement academy. The teams quickly adopted the tools thanks to internal challenges.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

AI functions are not very useful at the moment, and the ergonomics in some menus/sub-menus

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to solve the problem of product unawareness and knowledge control. The ease of content creation and the statistics allow us to verify content assimilation and the disparity of levels among salespeople.

 ### 27. 360Learning Makes Training Social, Collaborative, and Engaging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit B. | Senior Network Engineer , Computer & Network Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

For some time, there have been a lot of learning platforms that can feel hopeless, as you just click through slides alone. 360Learning is built around collaboration and conversation. It does not give you a course and leave you in the dark. You can ask questions right inside a lesson, give feedback to a peer, and even create content with your team. It makes learning feel less like a checkbox and more like a shared, active experience.

So yes! for me, it's that social, interactive layer that sets it apart. It's learning with your team, not just from a screen.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

1. It can be pricey, especially for smaller teams or startups.
2. The admin side has learing curve:- it's not always intuitive at first.
3. There are limits to how much you can customize the look and feel.
4. The mobile app is good for taking courses, but not great for building and managing them on the go.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Problem:- Training feels like a solo chore.
How to solve it:- True learning in a team activity. You can comment, ask questions, and even build content together.

2. Problem:- Creating a course takes forever and needs a specialist.
How to solve it:- Let's anyone create lessons easily - no coding or instructional design degree needed. You can upload a slide deck, record a quick video, or write a post in minutes.

 ### 28. Elevated Learning Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura F. | Learning & Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning has really helped us to elevate the learning experience for our colleagues. Being able to segment learning for different audiences creates a more tailored experience has been a game changer, as well as the features allowing us to created varied types of content. The AI capability is also great, and looking forward to seeing this grow over time!

From implementation until now, we have been fully supported by the team. The service we received from the Implementation team and the Customer Success team in particular has been really valuable. They are quick to respond and help with any queries.

We are also seeing increased engagement with our users versus our previous platform, showing that learners are coming back to the platform regularly.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

At first, it can be a bit tricky to learn how to use the platform - particularly as an author / admin. There are a few steps to remember to make sure content reaches the right people and is visible in the right places. The Engagement Academy does help with this, but I do feel it could be a smoother experience.

I've also experienced some long wait times for responses when raising a support ticket. This is not the case when reaching out to my CSP though, and they have often helped to escalate issues when needed.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is supporting our entire learning offer. We use it to onboard new joiners, complete mandatory training, support learners through longer technical programmes, create bitesize learning, and allow learners to sign up to facilitated classroom sessions. It has become our one-stop shop for learning.

 ### 29. Efficient Learning with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | District Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like the fact that I see updates of when my people do it. I appreciate the forum features and some of the quizzes, which allow us to know that people actually did it versus doing it and doing something else on the side.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I think that asking people to post in the forum asks a lot. And I think if we ask in a smaller number of times, people would be more likely to do it.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to simplify big topics into bite-sized pieces, making it easy for my team to learn what we need.

 ### 30. Effortless Learning Platform with Powerful AI Authoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace H. | Director of Learning Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning is an intuitive and straightforward learning platform that effectively balances personalized, user-driven experiences with the formal requirements of our organization. The AI-authoring tool has proven to be extremely effective, enabling our small learning team to produce and launch more content than we would have managed otherwise. Implementation was simple, and with the customization options, it was easy to get a refined & branded platform up and running quickly. Additionally, Customer Support has been responsive to our suggestions and quick to assist whenever any issues—though rare—have come up. I also have deeply appreciated the Maturity Model that 360Learning offers as a clear framework for a deeply necessary but oft underestimated function within an org; it helps demonstrate performance and efficacy, all while providing a pathway to create greater impact.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We haven't integrated our HRIS, so I have done user management manually and found some of these functions to be a bit cumbersome (ex: manager-managee relationships). We also have the Slack x 360Learning integration set up, and it is on the simple side; as a Slack-forward company, I would love for this integration to be more robust.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unification of the learning experience for our team, supporting broader educational initiatives, and building a stronger internal talent pipeline through attracting and growing talent.

 ### 31. Flexible Training Tool with Minor Scheduling Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loraynna R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that you can use many different files to upload on 360Learning. I tend to use Genially the most, but I also like that I can create my own modules within 360Learning.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

My biggest pain point is when I have live training sessions. I would like to be able to schedule them in 360Learning, and I know that's an option right now. But what happens is I have to go in and mark the attendance after the meeting. And many times, I forget to do that or I don't do it soon enough, and it blocks the trainee or the user from moving on to the next module when it's in a linear path.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find 360Learning improves efficiency for both new hire and ongoing training, making processes smoother for my team.

 ### 32. Empowerment Through Collaborative Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning supports skill building and L&D, which is really important for developing expertise. I also appreciate the streamlined instructor-based training it offers. Furthermore, the platform is beginner-friendly, making the initial setup process smooth and approachable for newcomers.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I find platform navigation to be a bit of a hassle. I want more control over the look and feel on the landing page and UI.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning for collaborative courses, AI-powered tools, and skill building, making training efficient for employees, customers, and partners.

 ### 33. Collaborative Learning That Makes Training Practical and Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen A. | Associate Salesforce developer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning stands out because of its collaborative learning approach. Unlike traditional LMS platforms, it allows employees to create, share, and improve content together, making learning more practical and engaging.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

360Learning is powerful for collaboration, but it could improve in customization, advanced reporting, and consistency of content quality.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps solve issues like slow training creation, low engagement, and knowledge silos by enabling fast, collaborative, data-driven learning. As a result, I can learn faster, stay up to date, and perform better at work.

 ### 34. use last 2 year ....helping me a lot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABHISHEK D. | Shift In-charge, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

User-Friendly Platform: It has a simple, easy-to-navigate interface that reduces learning curves and allows learners to access content anytime, anywhere, including mobile access for remote or dispersed teams.
Support Access: Users with any role above learner can contact the 360Learning support team directly for help; users on free trials cannot access support.
Ease of Implementation.
360Learning is used by over 300 companies worldwide, spanning 22 countries with a sizable active customer base, indicating regular and ongoing use in diverse organizational contexts.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Restricted customization: Users face limited options for UI customization, branding, and layout design, which affects the ability to create a fully branded or unique learner experience.
Customizable Content: Provides templates and resources to create courses tailored to company or industry needs.

Limited Event Management Integration: Events are tied to courses without standalone options or marketing features, limiting flexibility in managing training events.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams, increasing employee engagement and innovation.

 ### 35. Streamlined collaborative learning with powerful customization tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sujaya p. | section engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

This platform is used by our company Arcelor Mittal for making the employees learn about a wide variety of topics. The platform excels at delivering critical safety and operational content. Modules on Life Saving Golden Rules, 10 Killer Risks, and organizational values are well-structured and easy to retain. Cybersecurity training is clear and relevant, helping reinforce compliance across teams. I especially appreciate the clarity in steel making process modules—ideal for technical onboarding and cross-functional understanding. The collaborative features, like in-course comments and feedback loops, support continuous improvement and multilingual team alignment.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some technical modules could benefit from deeper visual aids or process simulations, especially for complex topics like steelmaking.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1)Traditional safety and process training often relies on static documents or in-person sessions that lack consistency. 360Learning centralizes content delivery, ensuring every team member receives standardized, audit-ready training.
2)Steel making processes and operational SOPs require clarity and structure. 360Learning enables modular breakdowns of technical content, making it easier to onboard new staff and reinforce process understanding.
3)Topics like Life Saving Golden Rules, 10 Killer Risks, and cybersecurity can be dry or overlooked. 360Learning’s interactive format—with quizzes, feedback loops, and peer learning—makes these critical topics engaging and memorable.

 ### 36. I am using it from last 1 yr. Practical and easy-to-use learning platform for daily work improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jitendra M. | CMD Mechanical Maintenance - Assistant Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning is very easy to use and requires almost no complex setup. The interface is clean and simple to navigate, which makes learning enjoyable. Implementation was smooth, and I could start using it effectively without much training. I especially like that I can access it anytime, which makes continuous learning very convenient. When i face any issue with the app, support team very co-operative and i feel free to ask anything.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While the platform is very effective, I feel the number of advanced features could be improved. For example, more detailed reporting and analytics would help track learner progress better. Sometimes the system takes a little extra time to load, and integration with some external tools can be smoother. However, these are minor compared to the overall ease of use and benefits.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us solve challenges around consistent training, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement. Earlier, it was difficult to keep training materials updated and ensure that everyone had access to the same information. With 360Learning, we can quickly create, update, and deliver courses, track participation, and get feedback. This saves time, improves collaboration between teams, and ensures that learning is aligned with our business needs.

 ### 37. Engaging plattform & solution-oriented support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia G. | e-learning project manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The platform is very motivating, user-friendly, and the layout looks fresh and modern. It’s also fun to use it as an admin because many things work intuitively. We especially appreciate the learning needs function and the philosophy of bottom-up learning. Many impulses come directly from sales teams and flow into new training topics, which is very important for us. Another big plus is the support team: they are helpful, caring, and respond very quickly – especially the tech support.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It really only comes down to small things that will be implemented by the developers in the future. For example, our managers should also be able to view indirect teams, which is currently missing but already a candidate on the roadmap. Even when we are missing a function, the support team always provides solution-oriented advice. We often receive out-of-the-box approaches that show us alternative ways – so we always feel in good hands.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides clean tracking of individual learning progress, which makes monitoring much easier. It also ensures a clear structure and sequence of trainings, giving us an organized overview of our overall learning journey. The engaging training formats motivate learners through a positive user experience. Finally, the bottom-up approach makes learners feel understood and ensures they get exactly the training they need.

 ### 38. User-Friendly, Intuitive, and a Pleasure to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nayeli M. | State Reporting Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

It’s very user-friendly and intuitive, which I find really helpful. The visuals are pleasant, and overall it’s a great experience to use.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I don’t really have any negatives to share about 360Learning. It’s very easy to use, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my experience every time I use it.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to create training materials for the departments I support. I really appreciate the flexibility it offers, and how easy it is both to build trainings and to take trainings myself.

 ### 39. Interactive Learning with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley B. | Head of Product, Diversely

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really appreciate how interactive 360Learning is, as it allows everyone to contribute to training and enablement, whether as an author or by providing feedback. This collective contribution is invaluable for us since we do not have a dedicated learning or training team. The platform's ability to support modular content creation, assign it to flexible learning paths tailored to various user journeys, and allow central updates makes it highly efficient in addressing diverse needs with ease. Additionally, the onboarding experience was exceptional thanks to the assistance from my consultant and customer success manager, who were both friendly and helpful. Their support in understanding my needs, collecting feedback, and offering honest solutions or workarounds ensured a smooth transition and utilization of 360Learning. Moreover, the platform's intuitive nature, coupled with the comprehensive knowledge base articles, made the initial setup straightforward and stress-free, which I consider a major asset.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I find it a bit cumbersome that we can't duplicate groups and group layouts in 360Learning. The group feature itself is fantastic. We're creating many groups for our partners and customers, and currently, we have to manually replicate the formatting, like headers, banners, and layouts. It would be really helpful if we could just copy groups and make edits from there. Also, while the platform is intuitive, I think the 360Learning academy space could be improved to better showcase the platform's capabilities, especially in terms of aesthetics.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps us scale enablement cost-effectively, ensures consistent understanding, supports self-paced learning, and aids in team certification.

 ### 40. Seamless Training Management with Easy, Flexible Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

It helps to manage trainings and other learning material seamlessly. There are reports that can be generated easily for team and across various data ranges.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

At times it can be cumbersome to locate the right training when searching with keywords. The search isn't as intuitive as a search engine so it does take a little longer if you don't know the exact keyword.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problems of assigning and tracking training material assigned to customer care agents.

 ### 41. Streamlined Learning with Robust Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BichTram (Ellen) Q.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning easy to use for creating training content without needing expertise in training creation. I like the collaboration aspect of the platform, especially the forums, ratings and reports; and the ability to share insights.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I can suggest improvement in only 2 areas. One is how to bulk update user data, there are 2 separated files to bulk update users. It would be great if we can bulk update in one file. And another is the newly added Skills feature. It has great idea and potential but it is a lot of work for Admin to initiate and build the library.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning as an LMS to create training and collaborate with experts. It helps me transfer knowledge, update content, create onboarding paths, and track training completion. It also identifies skill gaps and enables finding experts to upskill others.

 ### 42. An incredible tool and customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marine M. | Coordinatrice en développement organisationnel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

After an in-depth benchmark to find our first LMS, 360Learning really stood out, both because of the features offered and the intuitive interface it provides, as well as its R&D center which is part of its DNA. Indeed, 360Learning is much more advanced than many of its competitors in integrating artificial intelligence to facilitate module creation, for example. During both the pre-sales and implementation phases, the customer service support was excellent, despite the time difference (we are based in Quebec). They always respond promptly, and their answers or suggestions are always relevant. I recommend 360Learning 200% to any company looking for a reliable and innovative partner to accelerate the digitalization and training of its teams!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

One senses that the platform was initially created for the French context, and sometimes contains settings or functions that are not necessarily interesting for other countries (Canada in my case).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Creation of personalized training
- Digitalization of internal training
- Accessibility of training for everyone
- Optimization of induction and integration duration for our new employees
- Huge time savings for training tracking/administration

I love the power of the 360Learning platform and the ease of use for users. I appreciate the multiple possibilities it offers, as well as the statistics and tracking available to different managers. I was perfectly supported during the initial setup, with effective communication between our IT team and the 360Learning team, which allowed for a smooth onboarding without any notable issues.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

A more interactive and visual organizational chart view, the configuration of custom reports, and image management

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning manages our training configuration and administration issues, providing expert support in a timely manner. I love the power, ease of use, and the multiple possibilities it offers, including statistics and tracking for managers.

 ### 45. Intuitive Interface, Excellent for Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona G.

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the 360Learning interface, which is intuitive, interactive, and easy to use, making the creation of training modules and quizzes very enjoyable. The tool is incredibly useful for creating clear and visually appealing training modules, which I can share with all the company's employees to help them in their learning and self-assessment. The initial installation of 360Learning went remarkably well, being very easy, intuitive, and fast, which allowed me to start using it without any loss of time or frustration. The likelihood that I would recommend 360Learning to a friend or colleague is 10 out of 10, which reflects my overall satisfaction and appreciation for this tool.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The difficulty of accessing certain modules is a problem for me, as it complicates navigation and the use of the software. Moreover, the homepage could be clearer regarding the courses to follow and achievements, which would improve the user experience. The badge concepts are currently too difficult to achieve at all levels, which can discourage users. I would also like to be able to save my work at any time, to avoid losing progress. The full-screen display option could be improved for better content visualization.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to create clear and attractive training modules, easy to share with all employees, and to distribute assessments to test their skills on different subjects.

 ### 46. Empowers Employee Learning with Rich Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carissa O.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning incredibly valuable as a learning platform for employee onboarding, job training, skill development, and compliance training courses. It enables us to distribute a consistent and engaging training experience across our organization and track the progress, data, and stats, which were not feasibly possible before. The platform's ability to ensure compliance is particularly beneficial for us. I love the engagement features, including forums and emojis, which foster communication and allow employees to express their understanding and raise questions. Additionally, the Coaching solution stands out as it permits us to submit video and screen records for evaluating employees who are remote or not frequently overseen, making it a very effective tool. The new stats and dashboards are something we truly appreciate as they offer us a comprehensive picture of what is happening regarding training in the clubs. I am thrilled about 360Learning's capabilities that allow us to be close to our frontline employees and maintain relevant and engaging learning experiences. Lastly, 360Learning's excellent integration abilities with tools like UKG, Genially, and Canva enhance its usability and value for our team.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I am always looking for more enhancements for stats and dashboards to get better insights. Our L&D team would like to see more accessibility features, like alt text, to accommodate diverse needs. Additional course-building options would be beneficial, such as enabling images in multiple-choice questions to enrich the learning experience. I also encountered learning curves during the initial setup, although the 360Learning team was very helpful in addressing queries.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning streamlines employee onboarding, job training, and compliance tracking. It offers consistent training, progress tracking, and direct SME interaction, enhancing engagement and communication across our organization.

 ### 47. Easy to Use and Adaptable, But Some Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAMIRA B. | Digital learning project manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I appreciate that the 360Learning platform is easy to use and that its design is attractive. The custom fields are very useful because they allow us to profile our learners and deliver the right content to the right person. The initial setup of 360Learning was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Versioning of modules by language, history of follow-ups and notifications that have been removed, challenge mode on the mobile version, more varied activity models.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to standardize and centralize our training offer, profile our learners, and push the right content to the right person thanks to personalized fields. The platform is easy to get started with.

 ### 48. Interactive Platform with Quality Content, Navigation to Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clara D. | Responsable de la gestion des connaissances

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the dynamism and interactivity of 360Learning, which make the platform motivating for training. The user-friendliness of the platform is also a strong point, as it is easy to use. Moreover, the quality of the available content is excellent.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Navigation between modules can be improved. It should be easier to go back via a table of contents, have a remaining time indicator, and training suggestions at the end like 'you might also like this'.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that 360Learning supports my learning and development strategy, and continuous training. The platform is dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly, which motivates to train.

 ### 49. Easy to access, Perfect for Continuing Education

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Océane G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the ease of access to 360Learning and the ability to resume training whenever I want. This allows me to train when I am at peace, and if I have an interruption, I can resume at my convenience. Additionally, the instructors are very responsive and the training is comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The translation system could be simplified.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solves the problem of knowledge transmission. I appreciate the ease of access and the ability to resume training whenever I want, allowing me to train when I am calm and to resume in case of interruption.

 ### 50. Empowers Dynamic Course Creation with Real-Time Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet S. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love that 360Learning provides options that my previous learning management system did not, especially the feature to create using AI and refine or use a template. This significantly simplifies course creation for me. Additionally, I appreciate the forum feature where participants can offer feedback about the courses, enabling almost immediate updates to the course in real time. This feedback system allows me to see things from the end user's perspective, helping me tailor material and enhance the learning experience. The ability to create dynamic training within the system was also a compelling reason for switching from Biz Library, as it supports my team's growth and development. I find the user training path for getting through the initial setup easy to navigate, even though I wasn't extensively involved in the setup process. Overall, these features, along with a seamless integration experience with tools like Camtasia, make 360Learning a valuable platform for my needs.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I experienced limitations with the template options in 360Learning. Specifically, I was unable to make certain adjustments suggested by my end users because the templates could not be edited to enhance visibility or emphasize certain content.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find 360Learning makes course creation easier with AI and templates, and the forum feature improves courses through real-time feedback from users.
