Support was excellent from the entire team at 360Learning during implementation. Questions were answered swiftly and effectively. Content creation is simple and ability to use tools like Genially help to make content more engaging. Platform updates occur every 3 weeks. •Compliance features are virtually non-existent!
•Our LinkedIn learning integration did not work for the first 3 months that we were live. There is also no way to force completions or upload user completions meaning we still have hundreds of users who have not received credit for completed learning. They simply do not have the ability to do so even internally during the writing of this review.
•Varying levels of service after implementation ranging from excellent to outraging. Response times vary from same day to multiple weeks depending on support team member. Helpfulness of the response and thoroughness of research into this issue seems even more heavily dependent on the same factor.
•Some platform features have been updated and or/implemented and then redacted for a later update the same day due to bug issues (ex. it took 3 weeks to be able to scroll down a newly updated statistics page and I therefore could not fully access those parts of learner’s stats for almost a month).
•Managers can only view their managee’s statistics, but cannot assign training unless they are assigned access through a completely separate process.
•It was sometimes difficult to schedule meetings during implementation, though I would not hold that against anyone. It has been much more difficult to schedule meetings with anyone after implementation which I do hold against them and is very disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
