"360AI helps us find the right candidates faster"

What do you like best about 360AI?

The biggest thing for us is that 360AI helps us find candidates rather than just process candidates. We’ve used Shortlister for screening, but the AI Headhunter gives us a much earlier advantage in the recruitment process. We can take a brief and quickly identify relevant active and passive candidates, including people we probably wouldn’t have found through our usual searches.

We also like the fact that it gives us more than a list of names. The additional candidate intelligence and contact information mean we can go from identifying someone to actually engaging them much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360AI?

What problems is 360AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to rely on too many different tools for different parts of the recruitment process. We had one for sourcing, another for finding contact details, another for verifying data and another for outreach.

With 360AI, we can do all of those things within the same platform, so we’ve been able to replace a lot of those separate tools. It’s made the process much simpler for the team and has also cut our costs significantly.

The biggest benefit is probably that we’re saving around 3–5 hours a week on manual research and have reduced our overall tooling costs by around 80%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
