What do you like best about 360AI?

Sourcing in our sector is genuinely difficult. Embryologists, fertility specialists, and reproductive geneticists come from a small, highly specialised talent pool, and most general sourcing tools tend to surface people we have already come across. AI Headhunter has consistently identified passive candidates we wouldn’t have found through our usual channels, and we’ve also found the contact information to be generally accurate. What do you dislike about 360AI?

Because our roles are so niche, the number of relevant matches is lower than it would be for more general recruitment. That is really down to the size of the candidate pool rather than an issue with the product, but it is worth being aware of if you recruit in a similarly specialised area.
